Details:

Everything in the pictures is included. I am assuming this happened when things were loose in the box.

I do not have a installation guide for it but it was easily found online if needed. But it looks like the volume control is complete.

Only thing to note on the holder that is all chrome is a small scratch to it in one place. Item was clearly never installed. Shipping sometimes I have the item marked as shipping parcel post but alto of times I bump it up to priority mail I just have to do this as so many variables that I can not account for when listing IE packed weight, shipping distance etc.

It is missing the handshower with hose. I also believe I am missing the plastic shield to mount it with.
