I'm 98% sure it is model #151-1620. Toilet tank lid pulled from a Jacuzzi Donielli toilet. The tank lid is white the pictures have a strange tint to them for some reason. I do my best to give an accurate of the items being offered but I m not perfect.

I do not sell to package forwarding services or any other entities that are the actual buyer end user of item. It was for a 1.6-gallon tank and has Eljer stamped on it.
