The item is new old stock, and is in great condition. It does not include the pop up drain as shown on the box, but looks like all other hardware is included. There are a few minor light scratches on the spout which are shown in the pictures, everything else seems to be fine.

This is a very high quality Kohler made faucet. The handles themselves are brushed chrome, with a polished chrome top as shown in pictures. This is a Kohler Alterna bath faucet.
