This is one of the hardest of all toilet tank lids to find since they only came on the early one piece model's and these have been discontinued by the factory some time ago. Your tank should be about x 7.

Bone is not white, but a very light tan color as shown in the third picture. To keep everyone honest, these lids will have my identifying stamp and or ultraviolet identification underneath.
