While your screwing the cover back on, at the same time see if you see a blink in front of sensor. Let me know what you are using it for. Alkaline only.

Change the jumper to the same setting on your existing one this can be set for urinal 6 water closet. Also clean the tip and end of the batteries.

Get fresh batteries. 2 get a q tips and rubbing alcohol. Lightly wet the tip of the q tip and clean all the contacts where the batteries goes.

If you had a battery leak inside the electronic sensor and the screen is blurry from the leakage of battery acid. Remove the four screws in the front and clean the sensor screen with q tip and Windex for urinal. Or you can use Sloan g2 optima plus troubleshooting guide sensor might not be the problem sometimes.

Maybe it can be the solenoid.

Setting is already set for this. Type Sloan optima g2 . Not dual flush green batteries not included.

This is a brand new sensor, I have removed this from a brand new set insert the new batteries and screw cover back on.
