Non diverter. Also a tiny nick pit in chrome on tub spout on the left toward end of spout. If you don't mind some imperfections, this may work for you. Sold as is, final sale.

Note that if you are in the Chicago area, you can see first in person. Bath tub spout was a display, or possible customer return. There is a gouge on the plastic escutcheon on the upper left.
