Details:

This tank has only ever had Water in it, but it could be used to hold any liquid including hydraulic fluid. On both sides there is a 2 inch wide strip welded on for attaching the tank. I am selling it because I have installed a small electric hot Water heater that I run off my solar panels, and no longer use my wood stove for hot Water. The tank has been pressure tested to 50 PO.

And has no leaks.

If steam builds up in this tank, it will explode and could kill someone. The tank is made from thick plate steel, and has a 1/2 pin welded in the so the sides won't spread when it is under pressure. You should always have a pressure relief valve installed on the tank if you use it for hot Water.

It holds approximately 4 gallons. Warning this product is potentially dangerous if not properly installed.

On two adjoining sides there is a 3/4 nipple with pipe thread that extends 2 out from the tank.
