Original owner. Hard water scaling Kohler offered a special price on new unit which was less than the post warranty repair, so I bought their newer model. PDF manuals available. Unit needs to be descaled and the float assembly likely replaced as steam-head leaked/dribbled when turned off due water valve not closing all of way.
