It is brass construction and the visible trim is brushed stainless. It is all in the original box and has the original instruction sheet. The opening bid is low enough to allow for getting the 2 missing items and still save money.

I checked the component listing and all is present except for 2 items. The first missing item is part number 12 drain elbow and part number 17 gasket. This offer is for a new Delta bathtub toe operated bath and waste water remover. This is not a cheap set up and not cheaply made.
